Arrangement of Utility Lines

Do you want to give your ceiling a new look and feel? Do you need to install communication systems like lighting, speakers, or cameras? We have the perfect solution for you: stretch ceilings. Stretch ceilings are flexible and durable fabric panels that are attached to your existing ceiling with a special track system. They can accommodate any shape, size, and design of your space. They also allow you to easily mount any type of communication equipment in them, without compromising the aesthetics or functionality. Lighting installation

Lighting elements are installed using special platforms to be mounted on the base ceiling. If necessary, we perform electrical works for ceiling lighting.

Ventilation installation

Stretch ceilings allow to install ventilation outlets, forced ventilation units, diffusers, and air heaters.

Water drain

The ability to retain a large amount of water during a flood is one of the many advantages of stretch ceilings. To discharge water from a stretch ceiling, please call a specialist.

Installation of sensors

Installation of motion, smoke or temperature sensors.

Cornice installation

Ceiling cornices for curtains are installed in several standard ways:

1. Cornice installation with a beam
The stretch ceiling is mounted from wall to wall.
The cornice is installed in a pre-mounted beam behind the sheet, which, in turn, is attached to the base ceiling.
This type of cornice installation is called ‘surface mounting’ and looks like a cornice on a regular ceiling.

2. Recessed cornice installation
Recessed cornice installation is one of the most common techniques for mounting a cornice.
In this case, the cornice is attached to the base ceiling, while the stretch ceiling is mounted before the cornice using a special profile. Thus, the cornice is recessed and the effect of curtains falling from the ceiling is created. This type of cornice installation is called ‘flush mounting’.

3. Recessed cornice installation + recessed stretch ceiling
This technique of cornice installation is recommended when it is necessary to recess the cornice, while the space behind the cornice shall be covered with a stretch ceiling.
In this case, a special profile designed for two-level structures is used to create a recess area, and the cornice is mounted with a beam.

4. Special cornice profile
Stretch ceiling installation techniques are constantly being developed, and thus a special cornice profile was created. This profile combines functions of a profile for installing both the stretch ceiling and the cornice. The design of this profile makes it possible to attach the base material of the stretch ceiling before the cornice and hide a rough part of the ceiling between the cornice and the wall. The structural strength of the profile allows to hang up heavy curtains along with tulles.

Hatch installation

Some projects include the installation of an inspection hatch providing anytime access to utilities, such as router, sensors, meters, transformers, fire valves, etc.
There are also projects with sliding hatches that give access to the attic or roof.

Heating pipe bypassing

In apartment buildings, heating pipes often come out of the ceilings. There are several common ways to bypass these pipes. To prevent the sheet from rupturing, a strip of decorative plastic shall be pasted around the pipes. It can be pasted both outside and inside.

Decorative strip

In most projects, stretch ceilings are mounted using a classic profile, and the gap between the ceiling and the wall is traditionally covered with a decorative strip. If requested by the customer, any other decorative material can be used instead of the conventional strip.

Spacer

Sometimes it is necessary to separate large areas or sophisticated room geometries or to run the sheet around a pillar or column. For this purpose, a special profile is mounted, which separates room areas. The spacer profile can be either standard or illuminated.

Flight of stairs

It seems impossible to do installation in the empty space of a flight of stairs. However, there are various engineering solutions to this.

Sliding wardrobes

Stretch ceilings can be installed both BEFORE and AFTER mounting a sliding wardrobe. Here are the two most common techniques for installing stretch ceilings with a wardrobe:

1. Wardrobe installation with a beam
In case of this installation technique, the stretch ceiling is mounted from wall to wall. The wardrobe rail is installed in a pre-mounted beam behind the sheet, which, in turn, is attached to the base ceiling.
This type of installation is called ‘surface mounting’ and looks like installation on a regular ceiling.

2. Sliding wardrobe bypassing with a special profile
In this case, the wardrobe rail is attached to the base ceiling, while the stretch ceiling is mounted before the rail using a special profile. This mounting technique is applied to install the ceiling both before and after installing the wardrobe.

Wall/ceiling joint

Classic

The joint between the wall and the stretch ceiling depends on the installation profile selected by the customer. By default, our company uses a classic profile when the joint between the wall and the ceiling is covered with a conventional decorative strip.

Half storey

Beveled ceiling sections of a half storey are installed using a special profile. This allows to create any ceiling geometry, even with several different sections.

Exhaust system installation

Installation of the exhaust system with various types of fasteners.

Fireplace chimney

The surface of the chimney pipe, as a rule, does not heat up enough to damage the stretch ceiling. The chimney itself is insulated and hidden inside the finish of a heat-resistant material.

Other

Our specialists are qualified to mount any type of utilities on the stretch ceiling, such as projection devices, sports sections, bar counters, sprinklers, sensors, speakers, cameras, etc.
